
CSLF's Employment Employee Benefits
CSLF offers a variety of benefits to its employees from
which employees may choose.
CSLF currently offers the following
benefits:
Medical Insurance
CSLF currently offers an Open Access Manage Choice medical plan with a Health Reimbursement Account.
Dental Insurance
CSLF currently offers a PPO plan.
Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) Insurance
Life and AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) insurance is provided for employees. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
If an employee is unable to work due to illness or injury eight or more days, Short-Term Disability Insurance may provide an employee a weekly benefit. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
Retirement Program and 403(b) Plans
CSLF sponsors a 403(b) Retirement Program into which CSLF currently makes a discretionary non-elective contribution for all full-time employees. Employees may also save for their retirement program through payroll deduction. Employee contributions are on a pre-tax basis subject to annual limits determined by the IRS rules.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
CSLF encourages its employees to increase their knowledge and skills through continued education. All full time employees with at least five (5) years of full time continuous service, at the time of application, are eligible for assistance. Reimbursable expenses are limited to tuition and various student fees.
Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Time)
Vacation and sick time accrue on a monthly basis; personal time is awarded every July.
